Q2:What is the difference between KK module and general linear module?
KK module is integrated single-axis robot with built-in U-shaped guide rail, compact structure, small installation space; ordinary linear module adopts aluminum profile + independent guide rail combination, more flexible for customized length and protection cover.
Q3:Ball screw drive or belt drive linear module, how to choose?
Ball screw type: high positioning accuracy, suitable for medium-short stroke, low-medium speed.
Belt drive: higher speed, longer stroke, lower precision, fit for handling, transfer mechanism.
Q4:Linear motor VS ball screw system, which one should I use?
Linear motor features ultra-high speed, high acceleration, zero backlash, suitable for high-end testing, semiconductor equipment; ball screw solution is cost-effective, easier installation and maintenance for standard automation machines.
Q5:Can you provide 3D / CAD drawings for the models?
Yes. After confirming model specifications, we can send STEP/IGS 3D files and 2D dimension drawings.
Q6:What accuracy grades are available for ball screws and linear guides?
We support C3/C5/C7 rolled & ground ball screws; linear guides offer precision grade C, H, P according to requirements.
Q7:Can you add dust cover, limit switches, motor mounting flange on modules?
Yes, we support installing bellows cover, hard cover, photoelectric limit sensors, servo/stepper motor mounting plate.
Q8:Can I order samples first for testing? What is sample lead time?
Stock standard models can be delivered within 3–7 working days. Custom non-standard samples take 7–15 days.
Q9:Are samples free? Will sample cost be deducted from bulk order?
Samples are charged. Sample fee can be partially or fully refunded when formal bulk order reaches agreed quantity.
Q10:Do you accept OEM & non-standard customization?
Yes. We support customized stroke, mounting size, special preload, surface treatment, special length ball screw and linear module.
Q11:What is your MOQ?
Standard stocked items: 1 pc acceptable for trial order. Non-standard customized products will have separate minimum quantity according to processing cost.
Q12:Can I mix different models in one order?
Yes, mixed items are acceptable if suitable for packing and container arrangement.
Q13:How to get exact quotation?
Please send model number, stroke, quantity, required accessories, working environment. If no exact model, provide load, speed, accuracy demand, we help select suitable model.
Q14:What trade terms can you offer?
We mainly quote EXW Lishui / FOB Ningbo. Other terms like CFR, CIF can be negotiated.
Q15:Available payment methods?
T/T bank transfer, Western Union. For long-term partners, payment terms can be further discussed.
Q16:What is production time for bulk orders?
Stock goods: ship within 3–7 days. Standard mass production: 10–18 working days. Complex non-customized orders: 18–30 days.
Q17:Can you arrange rush order for urgent projects?
We accept rush production upon confirmation, extra rush cost may apply depending on schedule.
Q18:How do you pack the linear motion products?
Standard export carton + foam inner protection; large quantity will use plywood wooden case to avoid deformation during transit.
Q19:Which shipping methods can you arrange?
Air express (DHL/FedEx/UPS), sea freight, air freight. Customer can also appoint forwarder to pick up goods at our factory.
Q20:How to track shipment after delivery?
We will send tracking document /tracking number once goods depart.
Q21:What is your warranty period?
12 months warranty from shipment date under normal working condition. Damage caused by improper installation, overload, corrosive environment is not covered.
Q22:What if I receive defective products?
Please provide photos or video evidence within 7 days after receiving goods. We will analyze root cause and arrange replacement or technical solution accordingly.

Our engineering team offers technical consultation, installation guidance and model selection support online.
